ePsych phone home?

We are still in the early stages of development for a phone view of ePsych. Phones often have a display of 320 x 480, which is a small window for reading material like ePsych. Clearly we cannot provide the same kind of experience that you might enjoy on a larger monitor, but this mode will help minimize scrolling on your device.
