You can start and stop animation by clicking in the window.
This animation will probably take a while to
load. When it does, a room-like scene will appear. Click in the
window, and Fuzz will magically appear in the room.
After the animation starts, watch for a bit
to see what actions Fuzz currently performs. (Her repertoire of
actions will grow as the applet develops). Every once in awhile,
she will rest. To reinforce a behavior, press the
“r” key. To punish a behavior, press
the “p” key. If you reinforce resting, she
will spend more time resting. If you punish resting, she will
spend more time acting. If you reinforce or punish a particular
action, the likelihood of the action occurring again will either
increase or decrease. Also, Fuzz can “forget” what
she has learned. If you stop teaching Fuzz, she will gradually
go back to a baseline state in which all actions are equally likely.
