At 11 months of age we see Viki playing with several toys: books, a record player on a shelf, and a rolling horse. Note the natural curiosity and play that are characteristic of many mammals. Through such playful interactions, we learn to deal with our environment. Although she is only 11 months old, Viki demonstrates considerable manual skill in this clip, far in advance of where a human infant would be at the same age.
