"Experience is a dear teacher," Benjamin Franklin
once said, "but a fool will learn from no other."

thereby improving their ability to find food, shelter, and avoid
predators. Here we explore learning from various perspectives, including
operant conditioning, learning from observation, and some mechanisms
that may underlie our ability to learn.
